Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the right of withdrawal and the refund rules for purchases of reports on https://aisearchinsight.io. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions (Sections 5-6); in case of any conflict, the Terms prevail.
The Merchant of Record is Paddle - Paddle takes payment and processes refunds.
Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract.
Exception - digital content supplied immediately: by starting the generation/supply of the report before the cancellation period ends, the Consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once supply of the digital content has begun. You will be asked to give this consent knowingly before purchase.
If generation of the report has not yet started, you may cancel and request a refund.
Refunds and complaints
As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle. You can request a refund via us (hello@aisearchinsight.io) or directly with Paddle (a Paddle support link is included in your order confirmation / receipt).
Refund rules:
- Before report generation has started - full refund.
- After the report has been delivered - due to the nature of the digital content and the consent given above, refunds are not available, save where required by law and subject to Paddle's case-by-case discretion.
- If technical problems prevent delivery - replacement of the report or a refund of the price paid.
We handle complaints about report quality within 14 days of receipt at hello@aisearchinsight.io.
