Can I get an invoice?βΎ
Yes. Payment is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record - you receive the invoice automatically by email after the order is paid. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax in accordance with the law applicable to the buyer's country.
How long does it take to receive the report after payment?βΎ
We generate the report automatically once payment is confirmed. You receive the link to the report by email at the address provided at checkout.
What if I want a refund?βΎ
Refunds are handled by Paddle. Before the report is generated - full refund on request. After generation, the report is a digital good supplied immediately, which involves waiving the right of withdrawal (per consumer law). In special cases Paddle considers refunds on a case-by-case basis. Full rules in the Terms.
Can I update the report after a few months?βΎ
Yes. The update is ordered separately - it's a new report based on the current state of AI answers. It lets you verify the impact of actions taken and compare with the previous result.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?βΎ
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and other methods available in your country through Paddle. Currency is selected automatically by country: PLN (Poland), EUR (Germany), GBP (UK), USD (USA).
Why do I pay once instead of a subscription?βΎ
Most AI-visibility monitoring tools run on a subscription (usually USD 99-999 per month). With us you pay once for a specific report with analysis and an action plan - with no ongoing account cost. You order an update only when you actually need one.
What if the report shows nothing new?βΎ
The report always includes your exact position across five AI engines, the list of competitors and cited sources, and prioritized recommendations. If you already dominate your category, you get confirmation of your lead and the areas worth maintaining - not guesswork.
